Booking
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, graduation season, weddings, and other popular dates. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
How do I book What’s Poppin Balloons?
Complete our Request Information form with your event details. I'll review your request and contact you about availability, design options, and pricing.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
No. Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve your date. Your event is officially booked once all required booking steps have been completed.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Payment details and deadlines will be provided before booking.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
When availability allows! Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline and complexity of your request.

No! What’s Poppin Balloons also offers backdrops, event styling, photo areas, signage, themed decor, tablescape styling, dessert and cake-table styling, and full event setups.
Do you provide backdrops?
Yes. I offer backdrop options that can be paired with balloons and other decor to create a complete focal point or photo area.
Do you offer full event styling?
Yes! Full event styling can include theme development, color palettes, balloons, backdrops, signage, tablescapes, focal areas, decor placement, setup, and more.
Can you create a custom theme?
Absolutely. Tell me your theme, colors, vision, and event details, and we’ll create a design specifically for your celebration.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes! Inspiration photos are encouraged. I use them to understand your preferred style while creating a custom design rather than directly copying another artist’s work.
Can you match specific colors?
I'll do my absolute best. Balloon shades can vary by brand, lighting, and availability. If an exact color isn’t available, I’ll recommend the closest coordinating option.
Do you offer grab-and-go balloon garlands?
Yes! Grab-and-go garlands are perfect for clients who want professionally designed balloons but prefer to pick them up and install them themselves.
Do you decorate for businesses, schools, and organizations?
Absolutely! I offer decor for businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations for grand openings, dances, banquets, fundraisers, appreciation events, festivals, holiday events, and more.
Pricing & Payments
How much does balloon decor cost?
Pricing depends on the size, design, balloon quantity, customization, backdrop selections, delivery, setup, travel, and complexity of your event. My listed prices are starting prices, and your final quote will be customized.
Can you work with my budget?
Yes. Sharing your budget helps me recommend the best design options and determine what we can create within your desired price range.
When is my final payment due?
Your payment schedule and final balance due date will be provided during booking. Required payments must be completed according to your agreement.
Are there additional fees?
Depending on your event, additional charges may apply for delivery, travel, rentals, custom pieces, teardown, rush orders, difficult installation requirements, or other special requests. Applicable fees will be included in your quote.

What areas do you serve?
What’s Poppin Balloons is based in Hope, Arkansas, and serves surrounding areas throughout Southwest Arkansas and the Texarkana region. Extended travel is available for select events.

Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area and are based on distance, location, and services requested.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available for qualifying orders. Delivery fees depend on location and order requirements.
Will you travel for larger events?
Yes! Extended travel may be available for weddings, corporate events, galas, large installations, full event styling, and other qualifying events. Contact us for a custom travel quote.
Policies, Rentals & Changes
Can I change my design after booking?
Changes may be possible depending on your event date and whether materials have already been ordered or customized. Additional charges may apply.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are handled according to the terms provided at booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Are retainers refundable?
Your specific retainer, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be provided before booking. Please review your agreement carefully before submitting payment.
Can I provide my own balloons or decorations?
Please ask us first. For quality, safety, and design consistency, certain materials may need to be supplied directly by What’s Poppin Balloons.
Will my setup look exactly like my inspiration photo or mockup?
Inspiration photos and mockups represent the overall concept. Because every installation is handmade and affected by venue layout, product availability, and other factors, minor variations should be expected.
Delivery, Setup & Teardown
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes! Professional delivery and setup are available for qualifying installations and event-styling packages.
Do you offer teardown?
Yes. Teardown may be added depending on your event, package, venue, and rental requirements.
How long does setup take?
Setup time varies based on the size and complexity of your design. Full event styling and large installations require more time than smaller balloon setups.
Do I need to be there during setup?
Not necessarily. If venue access and all setup details have been arranged beforehand, you may not need to be present.
Can you work directly with my venue?
Yes. However, clients are responsible for confirming venue rules and providing us with necessary information regarding access, installation restrictions, setup times, and cleanup requirements.
Do you decorate outdoor events?
Yes, weather permitting. Heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and humidity can affect balloons, so we cannot guarantee the longevity of outdoor balloon decor.
What happens if the weather is bad?
I strongly recommend an indoor or covered backup location for outdoor events. Unsafe or severe weather may require an installation to be modified, relocated, postponed, or canceled according to your booking terms.
How long will my balloons last?
It depends on the environment. Indoor balloon decor generally lasts much longer than outdoor decor. Temperature, sunlight, humidity, wind, and handling can all affect balloon longevity.
Do you pick up rental items afterward?
When your setup includes rentals, pickup or return arrangements will be established before your event.
